		<description>Soy cheese gives me some problems so I make it with cashew cheese - pretty simple - 
1 C raw cashews
red bell pepper
Juice of one lemon
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp. sea salt
Water

Put all ingredients in blender with water just to cover the
cashews, and blend together.

You can add other stuff too.  Recently I put in some soy sauce, garlic and onion and it was pretty good.</description>
